Nor-sea Foods Limited was founded in 1974. We are smoked fish specialists and have two production sites that focus their expertise on private label contracts.
In Aberdeen we predominately cold smoke white fish (haddock, cod, whiting and coley) and kippers.
Whilst in Fraserburgh we predominately hot smoke to produce chilled, ready to eat, mackerel fillets and salmon. To meet the growing demand for these healthy, delicious hot smoked products the Clark family have invested heavily in this facility to accommodate the future growth potential within the UK chilled fish market.
